Frequently Asked Questions

Regular photo shoots take 10-14 days, after you choose the photos you want to include in your package. For activities, the photos take 3 to 4 weeks to be sent. The seasonal mini sessions take from 5 to 10 days. Those for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or birthdays, are delivered before the date. If you want the images before a specific date, you must notify us before booking the date.

Las sesiones de fotos regulares tardan de 10 a 14 dias, luego de que usted escoge las fotos que desea incluir en su paquete. Para actividades, las fotos tardan de 3 a 4 semanas en ser enviadas. Las mini sesiones de temporadas, tardan de 7 a 10 dias. Las de navidad, san valentin, dia de las madres o cumpleanos, se procuran entregar antes de la fecha. Si usted desea las imagenes para antes de alguna fecha en especifico, debera notificarlo antes de reservar la fecha.

The images are delivered in an online gallery. You have the option of USB delivery for an additional cost. / Las imagenes son entregadas en una galeria online. Usted tiene la opcion de entrega en USB por un costo adicional.

If the session is canceled due to bad weather, the deposit is not returned, but we re-schedule to the closest available date, for the client and the photographer. If the client is going to cancel for any reason, must do with 48 hours or more in advance. If the client does not cancel and does not show up for the session, they lose their deposit.
